The process is simple and efficient, which can transform solid grain into pure grain drink in a few hours, reduce energy consumption, reduce production cost and increase profit margin. The technology has been authorized by the national invention patent, with the authorization number of ZL201310264500.1, and has been awarded the excellent invention patent award by the Heilongjiang academy. After the appropriate process adjustment, it can also be used in the industrial production of enzymatic cereal drinks such as corn, buckwheat, oats, rice, mung beans, and millet, etc. This is an effective production technology for deep processing of low-value agricultural and sideline products with high added value.
