This sensor is a new type of linear displacement sensor. The linear displacement sensor is mainly used to judge the repeated positioning of mechanical movement. The resolution of the sensor is 100 nm (0.1μ m), the stroke is 1 mm, the diameter is 8 mm, and the length is 25 mm. It provides USB, RS-485, RS232 Modbus RTU, IO link, CANopen and DeviceNet protocol communication interfaces, and supports user-defined requirements. The power supply voltage range is 5-24 v.  The sensor adopts linear Hall element, strong magnetic component and bearing to form displacement measurement structure. The output signal of high-resolution analog-to-digital converter is be linear and transmitted to users. The computer program provided can complete the error checking function of mechanical parts and other customized functions. The sensor is widely used in precision machinery industry.
