The advanced treatment of heavy metal polluted wastewater is one of the key and difficult points in the field of water treatment. Most of the traditional treatment technologies are based on chemical reagent method, combined with sedimentation, pressure filtration and other process links, the pollutant treatment rate is limited, and it is not suitable for the advanced treatment of low concentration wastewater. Moreover, the precipitation amount is large, which is easy to cause secondary pollution, and can not meet the requirements of advanced treatment of heavy metal polluted wastewater in mining, metallurgy, electroplating and other industries. The preparation of nano particles by low temperature plasma and the advanced treatment technology of heavy metal polluted wastewater are prepared by escape electron plasma in body fluid phase. The core of the technology lies in the preparation of iron nanoparticles by high-power pulsed power supply and low-temperature plasma reactor discharge in water. Nano iron material is recognized as an efficient environmental protection material with strong adsorption and reduction ability. The preparation process of nanoparticles is completed in water, and the natural dispersion solves the problem of easy agglomeration of nanoparticles. At the same time, the nanoparticles are in full contact with pollutants, and the reaction speed is fast. At present, we have mastered the core equipment of high-power pulse power supply and low-temperature plasma reactor, and carried out relevant water treatment experiments for different pollutants, such as arsenic (as), nickel (Ni), chromium (CR), lead (PB), etc., and the concentration of the above pollutants can be reduced to less than 0.05mg/l after treatment. Technical advantages:

The preparation cost of nano iron is low, the water treatment site is used and prepared on site, avoiding the drying and preservation of nano iron; the pollutant removal rate is high, which is suitable for the advanced treatment of heavy metal pollutants; the modular design of the core system can expand the capacity according to different treatment capacity requirements; effectively reduce the amount of hazardous waste and avoid secondary pollution. It is especially suitable for advanced treatment of heavy metal polluted wastewater in mining, metallurgy, electroplating and other industries.
