   In view of the corrosion, crack and other defects easily produced in the process of petrochemical plant service, ultrasonic detection technology is used to detect the change of equipment wall thickness or material discontinuity to find corrosion defects, which is widely used in all walks of life online and offline corrosion detection equipment. Piezoelectric ultrasonic testing technology requires close coupling during testing, which requires high roughness of the tested surface, and is easily affected by the vibration of monitoring equipment, resulting in unstable monitoring data, damaging the surface anti-corrosion structure of the monitored equipment, and increasing the external corrosion risk of the equipment. Electromagnetic ultrasonic non-contact detection does not need coupling agent, is not limited by the geometric shape of the material to be measured and the surface corrosion. The equipment is simple and portable. Combined with wireless acquisition and transmission technology, it is becoming a popular technology for on-line detection of petrochemical equipment.

 

    In view of the urgent need for the safe service and intelligent monitoring of oil and gas pipelines in China's petroleum refining and chemical enterprises, a number of EMAT sensors are installed on the wall of oil and gas pipelines in a certain area to comprehensively monitor the pipelines in the area, and transmit the state data through wireless mode to form a wireless sensor network for condition monitoring. Each wireless sensor network transmits the status data to the gateway connected with the cloud, transmits the status data to the cloud in real time, stores and analyzes the massive data in the cloud, and forms a complete cloud online real-time monitoring Internet of things system, so as to realize the online monitoring and early warning function of large-scale, cross regional and even cross regional oil and gas pipeline network status.

 

    The project will standardize the certified lisdas-i flame-proof electromagnetic ultrasonic pipeline thickness detector in petroleum refining and chemical plant area to realize mass production. Meanwhile, according to the customer's requirements, the flame-proof electromagnetic ultrasonic products are customized or upgraded to realize flexible production.
