Work out Seismic Microzoning Method, who may be use in engineering seismology for measuring intensity of seismic waves. This Method support by procedures spectrum ratio HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio. Nogoshi & Igarashi, 1971). The authors this work out proposes use procedures spectrum ratio HVSR for novel Seismic Microzoning Method (Fig. 1). From seismogram by microseismic tremors, calculate resulting spectrums horizontals components H and spectrums vertical component V. After calculate transfer function H/V, determined maximum of gain factor by cross-cut vibrations on the exploration area [(H⁄V)_max ]_i and on the weighted average (calibration) area  [(H⁄V)_max ]_0.
