The healthy lifestyle of people around the world has changed dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the personality risk factors for these processes from around the globe remain understudied. The proposed study aims to examine associations of the Big Five traits with a healthy lifestyle among University students. National versions of the Big Five Inventory-10 (for assessing the Big Five traits), Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21), the PTSD Symptom Scale-Self-Report (PSS-SR) and the Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R) can be used. We are looking for collaborators, to conduct the multi-center studies.
