 3D acquisition and display technology is favored by people because of its reality and intuition, especially in the construction of Digital Museum. The construction of Digital Museum is a complex system process, in which the core technologies are three-dimensional acquisition, digital information management and three-dimensional virtual display. Through the deep research and discussion of 3D scanning technology, reverse engineering technology, 3D modeling technology, data storage technology, virtual reality technology, 3d printing technology, network platform construction technology and dynamic rendering technology, this paper puts forward the standard process of constructing digital museum by using various technical features. The digital preservation and multimedia network display of the fixed cultural relics and cultural heritage are realized through the 3D scanning and modeling of the Cultural Relics and cultural heritage by different types of 3D scanner to establish the complete 3D cultural relics data archives. The museum buildings, memorial buildings, various cultural sites for panoramic photography, three-dimensional model restoration and other work, the development of virtual museum roaming platform, so that visitors can stay at home through the network to visit the museum. It also adds technologies such as Kinect human skeleton recognition, virtual roaming glasses and augmented reality recognition, which adds interactive platform design and makes museum tours more interesting. Get rid of the traditional museum space, time, geographical constraints, the heritage of cultural transmission and dissemination to a new dimension, better for the public service.
