HIPPOPHAE rhamnoides Linn. Is a deciduous shrub of the genus Hippophae in Elaeagnus pungens family. The fruit of HIPPOPHAE RHAMNOIDES has high nutritional value as the main medicinal part of HIPPOPHAE rhamnoides, it contains phenols, flavonoids, sugars, sterols, triterpenes, amino acids, proteins, volatile oils and fats, among which the contents of oils and flavonoids are higher. SEABUCKTHORN fruit can effectively improve immunity, protect the liver, reduce cholesterol, cough and asthma, stomach and food, eyesight anti-inflammatory. In recent years, seabuckthorn fruit was made into seabuckthorn cake, jam, fruit powder, pulp oil and some related drugs, health products, such as Seabuckthorn flavonoids oral liquid. At present, sea buckthorn oil (seed oil and fruit oil) , sea buckthorn flavonoids, sea buckthorn fruit juice, sea buckthorn leaves extract and other related drugs and dietary supplement. The effects of different processing positions and extraction processes on the yield and quality of Seabuckthorn oil were compared and analyzed in this project. The process of obtaining high purity seabuckthorn oil by cold extraction combined with specific drying technology of seabuckthorn fruit was established step by step, compared with traditional solvent extraction and ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction, it has the characteristics of green, natural, high purity and strong activity. The project can provide a series of sea buckthorn products, including Sea Buckthorn oil, sea buckthorn freeze-dried powder, original form sea buckthorn fruit dry and other high-quality products, to provide raw materials for the development of related food and medicine.
