Nattokinase is a highly effective thrombolytic enzyme, which has the advantages of high safety and efficiency, low bleeding tendency, long half-life in body, easy absorption and low cost. It is expected to be developed as a new thrombolytic drug or health food.This project is aimed at the research and development of nattokinase related products, and has successively completed the research on the whole production process of strain screening, solid fermentation production process of nattokinase, purification process of nattokinase and trial production of products. It has the ability of industrialization transformation ,and the declared health food literature number has been approved by the state.
