SH30 is a newly developed small-hole EDM machine tool developed by Beijing Institute of Electro-Machining. It has two types: water machining and oil machining. The machine tool has four linear axes X/Y/Z/W, two rotating servo axes A/B and one rotating R axis. It has the function of five-axis linkage machining, and can realize  small hole EDM machining under multiple postures. The micro EDM pulse power supply has inherited the advantages of stability, high efficiency and reliability accumulated in decades by the institute, and can meet the machining requirements of small holes  with a diameter of 0.3-3 mm. Technical index or product performance: (1) Minimum machining aperture isφ0.3mm, and optimal surface roughness is Ra ≤ 0.05μm (oil machining);  (2) It has the ability to copy high-precision electrodes and machine small holes on tiny parts and complex surfaces; (3) Water medium machine tools or oil medium machine tools can be provided according to customer requirements;  (4) Axis A is a fully immersed rotary table (IP68), which can meet the immersion machining requirements of small holes.
