This achievement is a heavy metal recovery technology with electrochemical method as the core. Heavy metals (nickel, copper, zinc, etc.) are recovered in elemental state without generating hazardous wastes, thus avoiding the problem of secondary pollution. The achievement are advanced in technology and low in investment. It is suitable for the treatment of heavy metal wastewater from electroplating, metallurgy and hole sealing, and can produce significant economic benefits. This technology can be used for different heavy metal-containing wastewater, and the operation units of each step can be modularized and combined in a set of control systems. Various metal elements can be obtained from the heavy metal-containing wastewater through the treatment system, the purity of which can meet the relevant requirements of national standards; the residual liquid after electrochemical treatment is returned to the system to realize closed circulation, and the wastewater can be discharged up to standard. The key parameters (pressure, pH, temperature, voltage, current and conductivity) of the main equipment can be monitored online, and the whole system is controlled by PLC. The system is also equipped with fault alarm function. After the equipment debugging, remote monitoring and unattended operation can be realized in normal operation.
