For aero-engine and industrialgasturbine fields, the development and cooperation development of weldingandrepairingtechnology for Ni-basedsuperalloys based on high energybeams (including laser and electron beam) are desired, and specificdemandsare as follows:
1. Develop Ni-based single crystal superalloys with a working temperature of over 1150℃; Develop cooperation research on the high-energy beam welding characteristics of Ni-based single crystal superalloys.
2. Develop cooperation research on laser and electron beam welding technologies to addresses the technical problems of Inconel738LC, K465, and other superalloys that are prone to crackduring welding, focusing on the development of welding heat input control technology, S, P, and other low melting eutectic structure formingelements control technology, low melting point liquid phase content at final solidification control technology, pre-weld and post-weld heat treatment technology, welding stress and deformation control technology.
3. Cooperatively develop repairing technologies such as laser cladding, electron beam fuse welding, and high-energy beam additive manufacturing. Develop process technologyofdata acquisition, analysis, detection, and control technology, which can digestlarge amounts of data to obtain the optimal process parameter combination.Through the optimization of process parameters, it improves the forming efficiency and accuracy of the repair layer, optimizes internal microstructure and mechanical properties, and realizes integrated coordinated optimization control on shape and properties based on intelligent design, high-efficient repair, and high-quality repair.Based on additive repairing technology, develop reverse modeling technology for defective parts, plan forming layers and paths, and develop intelligent control software and appropriate high-energy beam additive technology toachieve size recovery and properties improvement of damaged parts.
4. Using finite element modeling and numerical simulation, combined with the experimental results, clarify the synergistic strengthening mechanism of the high-energy beam energy field on the welding and repairing of nickel-based superalloys.
