Through breaking through the difficult problems of high density forming technology and composite activation sintering technology of iron-based products, high-density iron-based powder metallurgy products were prepared. It is required that the product density should be above 7.5g/cm3 and the tensile strength should be more than 1000MPa. That is to say, every 0.1 g / cm3 of product density is increased, the strength should be increased by at least 10% (60MPa). The problem that the existing iron-based powder metallurgy products have low density and strength and can not be applied to PM parts with high requirements such as engines and gearboxes, can be realized by replacing steel with iron.
